Neon, funky, stylish, modern, unique and colourful - all great ways to describe the new Neon Play logo
New iPhone games development agency Neon Play needed a brand identity to help represent their new business. The brand needed to convey the company's brand values and reflect the vibrancy and fun of their games.
jonwallacedesign - digital design studio worked closely with the team at Neon Play to identity the desired style, creating a set of potential typography options for the new logo. The selected typeface was then used as the base of the design and embellished with a colourful neon effect, giving the logo real vibrancy and impact. As part of the branding process jonwallacedesign - digital design studio also created a stylised carbon background on which the logo would sit, as well as a branded presentation template and other corporate identity elements, all featuring the new brand identity. The brand work will also be used in the new Neon Play website which will be launching in early June 2010.
Jon was given a brief to come up with a stylish, cool and vibrant brand. And he totally nailed it with the look and feel of the logo and the Neon Play brand. Then he designed and built a website that is beautiful to look at, functional and easy to navigate, which takes our brand and makes it look much bigger than it is (at the moment). We've had some very positive feedback on the site and that is thanks to Jon. He's been a pleasure to work with, he's totally relaxed and easy, takes feedback well and implements your thoughts perfectly. It's rare to find a hybrid designer/developer, but Jon is that man.
