I worked with Jon Wallace at jonwallacesdesign - digital design studio recently to develop a bespoke website for my Holiday Cottage Rental business. From the outset I was incredibly impressed with their approach and professionalism.  Before any design work was begun they did a great deal of research and brainstorming with me to get a detailed view of my target market and my hopes for the message which the branding and design needed to convey. Indeed to satisfy themselves that my costs in launching a new site made sense.  At every stage every detail was considered and dealt with.  I should also note that they were incredibly patient and good-natured in dealing with me as a client with very little technical capability herself. I am delighted with what we have achieved together - and the bookings for Pudding Cottage have increased already more than I could have hoped.
