Responsive website design & build to Rock the Cotswolds! Promoting the great people & businesses of the Cotswolds
Rock the Cotswolds is a great new initiative championed by Oli Christie to help recognise and promote the wide range of talented and fantastic, cool and unique people, bars, hotels and businesses that reside in the Cotswolds. jonwallacedesign were commissioned by the Rock the Cotswolds team to design and build the Rock the Cotswolds website. The site needed to feature the new branding, also created by jonwallacedesign, and be CMS powered to allow the team to update the website content.
jonwallacedesign - digital design studio designed and built a fully responsive website framework using the sleek, premium branding. The site centres around a range of responsive carousels, which allow the user to browse through a wide selection of Cotswolds Rockers, Fans and Supporters. The Rockers carousel features a great filtering function, which allows the user to filter and display specific categories of Rockers. In the nominations section, a quick and simple online form enables users to recommend people and businesses for inclusion in the Rockers section. Both the Rock the Cotswolds team and jonwallacedesign - digital design studio really are hugely proud of this fantastic site. Keep an eye on the site over the coming months as more Rockers are added!
The website was always going to be the centre piece of the Rock the Cotswolds campaign and having worked with Jon on the Neon Play website, I knew he was the right man for the job. And the end result is bang on brief. A simple and clean site that enables the imagery to be the star of the show. It’s easy to navigate, simple to update ourselves and we’ve had some incredibly positive feedback. We’re very proud of the site and over 130 pages of content. Thank you Jon!
